We have done our best to gather material relating to the Company’s productions, cast and crew involved, full-length and one-act festivals and miscellaneous activities.

Our Lineage
[1] 1950 as the “Unity Players” performing in the Red Triangle Club, in the Twitten, Southwick[2] 1951 as the “The Young Wick Players” performing in The Barn Theatre, Southwick Community Centre
[3] 1962 as the “Wick Theatre Company” performing in The Barn Theatre, Southwick Community Centre
Seasons – A year-long season starts following the AGM in late September early October but to facilitate order we have indexed our productions by year.
Productions – An ever expanding collection of Wick Theatre Company productions; those involved and any related ephemera and photographs. Each production having a unique ID number. Built around an incremental 3 figure number + yy + mm: And this reference number appears in the URL.
Each production has two extra pages containing [1] an Archive page and [2] a Gallery page

For many years the local paper/s send a photographer to take publicity stills and these publications are acknowledged : Brighton Argus, Shoreham Herald aka Adur Herald aka Herald, Worthing Herald, Brighton and Hove Gazette, Brighton and Hove Herald, West Sussex Gazette.
And in the late 1950’s for our earliest productions we used Elsye Markwick [4 George Street Brighton] for our head shots for foyer display purposes. I am planning a blog about Elsye [August 2026]
