“Drama Competition 2007
The Annual Drama Competition for 2007 was cancelled for reasons beyond our control.
For many years Arnold Lewis master-minded the competition. Following his illness and death, we sent out the invitaions later than ususal just to our member drama groups of which four entered.
This number of entries is below our usual minimum but we decided to proceed on the basis of a reduced number of awards. Unfortunately, one drama group had to withdraw before the competition started, and the competition was not viable with only three competitors.”
